A Little Bit About Me
To the one whose name was written next to mine 50,000 years ago,

Asalam Alaykum wa rahmatAllahi wa barakatuhu,

Disclaimer: I write purely with the intention of attracting ‘the one’ I seek. So, apologies in case it doesn’t meet the criteria of a conventional profile…

I pray to Al-Hadi in whose Hand is our souls, to guide us to each other with ease.

Life - What a journey it’s been yet, worth every laugh, joy and tear Alhamdullilah. I’ve been truly blessed in all facets of my life.

In a nutshell, I live and breathe Islam. By no means am I perfect but at this juncture of my life, pleasing Al-Rahman is my first and ultimate priority in life.

With Allah Azzawajal as the focal point of my existence, I’m a high value muslima striving to be in the best possible state of Ihsan once I leave this temporary abode; ‘lowly dunya’.

Second priority; Honing my character, morals and values. My criteria for an ideal muslima/spouse has been perfectly prescribed by our Islamic legacy following the path of the four Queens of Jannah.

I’m in tune with the very essence of my femininity. I deeply honour, respect and appreciate the role of a husband. My aim is to make my spouse feel like he has truly come HOME, Insha’Allah.

Personality; Well nurtured, well grounded, well-mannered, well-spoken, kind, soft, shy, respectful, refined, empathetic and humble to the core.

In a materialistic sense; well-educated, well-dressed, on top of my mental/physical fitness, looking after my appearance (with the intention of beautifying myself solely for my spouse).

I have been told I have a knack to strike a balance between luxury, quality and practicality.

I hold attributes like akhlaq (etiquettes), adab, (respect), haya (modesty for both women and men), honesty and authenticity to a high esteem.

I’m an ardent believer of Sakina (tranquility) being the building framework of an unbreakable lasting healthy union. Not one for drama, I’m a huge advocate for peace and cannot settle for anything less.

Lastly, I love to the fullest holding nothing back. Genuine and true to my nature.

What I Am Looking For
“Be my peace, I’ll be your shelter.”

Chivalry, virility, self-accountability and healthy masculinity as laid down in our Islamic creed is incredibly attractive to me.

If you’ve familiarized yourself with our Prophet Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) seerah along with the rashidun caliphate, you’ll have a solid grasp on how dignity and integrity is manifested for a man of taqwa.

“Only the weak are cruel. Gentleness can only be expected from the strong.” - Leo Buscaglia

Adding on, good communication skills coupled with the ability of comprehension is a very personable yet understated trait.

A man of his word - what a rare attribute in this day and age, sadly. This alone sets the moral tone and tenets for a believer.

Alhamdullilah, I have been raised in a family of high value men who honour their word and uphold their commitments to an impeccable standard.

“Your hands will protect her. Her heart will nurture yours. Both your characters and morals combined will raise our future Ummah. Choose wisely.” - This has been etched in my mind.

Ideally, the man who fathers my child will have the calibre and mental bandwidth far exceeding the traditional roles of being a leader, provider and protector.

He will endeavour to embody the message of Islam such that he will command my respect without even asking, bi’ithnillah.

Being a leader comes naturally to a well-rounded God conscious man. In the same vein, a wise muslima is instinctively prone to support and submit to the right man - a thriving symbiotic balance.

I leave you with the following;

Shaykh ul-Islam ibn Taymiyyanay (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

A righteous wife will be with her righteous husband for many years, and she is the one who the hadeeth is referring to.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
"This world is but a (quick passing) of temporary enjoyment; the best joy of this world is a pious and virtuous wife.

When you look at her, she pleases you and if you tell her to do something, she obeys you. If you are away from her, she protects you with regards to herself and your wealth." (Sahih Muslim 715). Majmū Al-Fatāwa (35/299)

P.S. Please keep Gaza in your prayers :)
